Sophisticated management of prescription drugs is a long time in coming. Today with the abuse of opioids and other pain-killers approaching epidemic proportions ABGeist clients like McKesson are automating the process to deliver a “prescription for precision.” We have worked with the MedManagement group on a variety of initiatives and other solutions to medication management. Our work with McKesson, in fact, complements numerous apps that we are currently consulting on for pain management and other prescription “scripts” that can “bend trend” for HMOs, ACOs and Health Care Cooperatives.
